Advancing Impact: ICCA's second Association Impact Masterclass in Dublin
From January 26-28, 2025, senior association executives and destination partners from 18 countries gathered in Dublin for the ICCA Association Impact Masterclass (AIM), hosted by BestCities Global Alliance. The event, co-created by ICCA, #MEET4IMPACT, and GainingEdge, focused on impact measurement, strategic planning, and sustainability.
Participants explored how to align their events with broader social, economic, and environmental outcomes by participating in hands-on activities that challenged them to identify gaps in event strategy and consider their organisations role in society. Sustainability was central, with Radisson Blu Hotel Dublin implementing waste reduction strategies, ensuring that sustainability went beyond discussion into tangible action.
