LAS VEGAS, [October 13, 2026] — #MEET4IMPACT and Gevme today launched ImpactAIQ, an AI-powered platform that helps destinations, associations and event organizations plan, evaluate and communicate the wider value of their events.
Events can spark new knowledge, skills, partnerships, innovation and long-term growth. But these results are hard to show when the evidence is scattered across surveys, spreadsheets, interviews, testimonials and partner reports.
Without good data, organizations cannot answer the questions that decide their funding: Did the event meet its strategic goals? What value did partners and attendees actually receive? What should change for the next edition? ImpactAIQ connects intent, data collection, analysis, and reporting in one platform, turning those questions from a reporting problem into a planning input.
“Events create real value, but many organizations do not have a clear way to prove it,” said Geneviève Leclerc, Founder and CEO of #MEET4IMPACT. “ImpactAIQ builds on the approach we have used since 2019 to help teams turn good intentions into measurable results, and use those results to make better decisions.”
ImpactAIQ combines #MEET4IMPACT’s expertise in event impact with Gevme’s event technology.
“Impact evaluation has never been held back by a lack of intent. It has been held back by manual analysis of qualitative evidence, which means the answers arrive too late to act on. ImpactAIQ was built to close that gap. It takes MEET4IMPACT's proven methodology and applies it at the speed AI makes possible, so teams turn scattered information into practical insights without giving up their own judgement about purpose, stakeholders and priorities.” — Daniel Tjan, Managing Director at Gevme
Built with industry partners
ImpactAIQ enters its first commercial phase with support from Business Events Montréal and the IMEX Group, whose hands-on experience is helping shape the platform around real industry needs.
Business Events Montréal is bringing lessons from several Montréal events to help connect events with local priorities and show their value to communities and partners.
“Evaluating the impact of a business event means going beyond its immediate economic benefits to understand the value it creates for Montréal, its communities and the industry as a whole. ImpactAIQ allows us to simplify and structure this process, while providing a more comprehensive view of the value created by events. Being its first innovation partner demonstrates our commitment to evolving the way impact is evaluated and to making a concrete contribution to the future of our industry.” — Andréanne Paquet, Director Development and Sports, Business Event Montréal
IMEX Group is testing ImpactAIQ through its own impact journey and helping make the platform useful for event organizers across the industry.
“This platform allows us to build the evidence of positive impacts we know our IMEX shows create, while helping to shape a solution that could benefit the wider events industry.” — Natasha Richards, Director of Impact and Industry Relations, IMEX
Built to scale with your event portfolio
ImpactAIQ works on a single event, an annual portfolio or a multi-year portfolio, with the evidence base strengthening each time. It is built for organizations that report formally to boards, funders and government stakeholders, with enterprise-grade security and data governance throughout.
With ImpactAIQ, organizations can:
Evaluate social, cultural, economic and environmental outcomes, not just attendance;
Analyse qualitative evidence at scale: surveys, interviews, documents and video;
Align event goals with community and organizational priorities from the start;
Produce audience-specific evidence for sponsors, funders and partners;
Turn findings from past events into better decisions on the next;
Every event leaves a mark. ImpactAIQ makes it measurable.
